Crystal Ball: NFL Week 7 Predictions

Good thing I am not a betting man or I would lose quite a bit of money making my hot take predictions. But why should I let a few MLB hot takes stop me from dropping some NFL week 7 predictions. I don’t know how and I don’t know why but all of these predictions are GOING to come true!

#1 Frank Gore rambles in for two touch downs.

The man is an ageless wonder. At 36 years old Gore continues to be the poster man (I would never disrespect FG21 by calling him a poster boy) for 3 yards and a cloud of dust. But in all seriousness it is beyond impressive what Gore has done and continues to do in his NFL career. The former 49er and Dolphin has over 15,000 rushing yards in his career and is sneakily fourth on the all time list. With the exciting rookie Devin Singletary returning from injury, the veteran will prove that he is still the alpha dog. When I look in my crystal ball I see 118 yards and 2 TDs vs his former team. Also according to football reference Gore’s nickname is “Inconvenient Truth”, I’m not entirely sure what this means but I feel like this is a low key amazing nickname. Keep on rolling FG21

I wish he was still #21 so my FG21 nickname made sense

2. Redskins beat the 49ers (30- 28)

I like the skins…sue me. The team located in the District of Columbia is HOT after a huge win in Miami. Case Keenum balls out, a special teams TD and Jimmy G throws a pic while they are going for 2 to try to tie the game with 11 seconds to go. A lot has to go right, and while it will probably go left, I got that feeling the Skins are stealing a W. Also something to watch about this Redskin’s team is Terry Mcluarin. The rookie has over 400 yards and 5 touch downs proving he has the potential to be a top receiver in the NFL.

3. Jalen Ramsey pics off Matt Ryan in his L.A. Debut

Arguably the second best corner back in the league (behind Stephon Gilmore of course) has a fresh start and a change of scenery. I’m not sold on this being the move that rejuvenates the Ram’s but I do believe Ramsey will go back to playing elite football. Matty Ryan ( You may know him as Matty Heiseman) tries to test Ramsey early and it will result in a interception.

4. Zeke Elliot and Jason Witten combine for 4 touchdowns

When the Sunday night lights come on, and Carie Underwood is singing about the Eagles and Cowboys the ole guard will remain strong. I’m feeling at least two touch downs by Mr. Cowboy Jason Witten. Do I dare say he gets 3? Well, I think it is smart to hedge this bet with Zeke who is ready to run rampant all over the birds. Zeke + Witten = 4 Touchdowns…Book it

Enjoy your football Sunday everyone! Let’s have some fun and watch these predictions turn into reality.
